Broker/Officer of Beacon Transactions, Jessica is a DRE-licensed broker, NMLS licensee, C.A.R. Certified Transaction Coordinator, Notary Public and NNA Certified Notary Loan Signing Agent.

Jessica has a non-compromising eye for quality and detail, and a ruthless work ethic. She’s meticulous when it comes to executing broker-compliant files and, due to her high-volume sales experience, has a passion for simplifying systems.

Knowing she has a wealth of residential sales knowledge, brokers often call her with, “Jess, what would you do?” questions, wholeheartedly trust her to care for and safeguard their brokerages and agents, hire her to train their in-house TCs, and contract her to audit files.

Her clients include independent brokers, boutique brokerages, agents, and teams across the state of California who appreciate her educated, experienced approach and frill-free transaction management style.

In addition to being a DRE-licensed broker in California, Jessica is an IDFPR-licensed managing broker in Illinois, a NMLS licensee in California and Illinois, and is proficient in Arizona transaction coordination.


OUR APPROACH

With a background in high-volume sales, we’re members of the “less is more” camp and pride ourselves in providing frill-free transaction management. The fancy programs slowed us down, so we rid our business of them. We appreciate efficiency, get-to-the-point emails, and what we call “file snapshots”; simple to read pdfs that include our transaction timeline and all parties’ contact information. You’ll have access to an app to view your files’ organized documents whenever needed, and you’ll only hear from us when we need something from you.

We strive to rid your files of all of the “extras”, so you can spend more time outside of your inbox.

Single Agency, wet-signed file (1-2 signers) $750
Your clients are welcome to wet-sign their paperwork by appointment at our modern, professional, friendly office in the Spaces building at 15th + F in downtown San Diego. We also offer notary services for an additional fee.
